When you purchase, this system stores your name, mobile number, payment status, M-Pesa transaction reference and issued ticket numbers. We use these details to fulfil purchases, identify the winner, and let you access your tickets.

Payments and messages

M-Pesa processes your payment. Your PIN is entered on the M-Pesa prompt and is never collected by this website. Advanta SMS receives your mobile number and message contents to send purchase confirmations, sign-in codes and winner notifications.

Your account

An account is created after your first successful payment. Sign-in codes expire after five minutes. This site uses an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser session storage to resume an unfinished checkout. Buyer pages are private.

Who can see your information?

The campaign administrator can view buyer and payment records to operate the raffle. Public pages show a sample of purchased ticket numbers and the winning ticket number; they do not show buyer names or phone numbers.

Questions and requests

Contact the Karinje Music campaign organiser through their published campaign contact details for access, correction or deletion requests. Payment and draw records may need to be retained to resolve purchases and prize claims. Campaign contact details and the organiser’s retention policy must be published in the campaign rules before sales open.
