A fair chance.
Clear details.
Read the rules on the specific campaign page before purchasing. The organiser publishes eligibility, draw timing, prize details, contact information, cancellation and refund conditions, and prize collection arrangements there.
Purchasing tickets
A displayed next ticket number indicates availability when the page loads. Checkout reserves the available numbers; another buyer may reserve a displayed number first. A ticket becomes an entry only after payment is confirmed. An unpaid reservation is not an entry.
Prices and receipts
Your checkout shows the total in Kenyan shillings. Issued tickets keep the price paid at purchase, even if the organiser later changes campaign prices. Purchases cannot exceed available inventory. Keep your M-Pesa receipt if a payment needs reconciliation.
The draw
The administrator closes ticket sales and resolves pending payments before selecting a winner. Each issued ticket receives one entry in a secure random selection. The selected ticket is recorded once; the system does not offer a redraw. The winner receives an SMS notification and the winning number appears on the raffle page.
Payment problems
If a payment is pending, check the same checkout again instead of starting another payment. A confirmed payment that arrives after its reservation has been released or after the draw is flagged for administrator attention. Any refund is handled by the organiser through M-Pesa; this website does not issue automatic refunds.
Campaign changes
The organiser is responsible for keeping campaign rules and prize arrangements accurate, obtaining required permissions, and communicating changes and resolving disputes through their published contact details.
